Maple Syrup
Sap is gathered from the trees, put through a reverse osmosis machine to remove extra water to make a concentrate then boiled to the correct density to make syrup.
Honey, Jams & Jellies
Our honey is purchased from a local source, our jams & jellies are made locally with the exception of the maple jelly and pepper jellies we make in house ourselves.
Sauces
Our bbq's, salad dressings and mustards are family crafted recipes that are made in house laboring hours over the stoves.

Gift Baskets
Crafted ideas that we put together to make our baskets which we are always trying to ideas. A couple of our baskets won 1st place at our Pennsylvania State Farm Show. We do several custom baskets per customer's choice of products.
Baking Flour
We do not make our baking flour but have purchased our baking flour for making years from a very reputable source in our area.
Beverages
We do not make our beverages but purchase them from a reputable source that makes wonderful maple beverages that our customers enjoy.
