Family Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 cups pumpkin (29oz)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup maple sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch (mix with sugar)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup regular milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix well beaten eggs, pumpkin, salt, spices and vanilla.
- Add milk, stir until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into 2—10” pie shells.
- Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees then at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
