Family Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 9” pie crust
Crumb topping:
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup soft butter
Directions
- Fill crust with sliced apples. Mix syrup, flour and cinnamon, pour over apples and dot with butter.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until golden brown.
