Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pcans, chopped or whole
  • 1 - 8" unbaked pie shell
  • 2/3 cup pure maple syup
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup pure maple sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Scatter pecans over bottom of pie shell.
  3. Put eggs in blender, whip until frothy.
  4. Add remainder of ingredients.
  5. Pour into shell.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
